A releasable rubber joint for Optimist tiller extionsions. Easy to mount with an aluminium pin and a piece of heat shrinkable tubing. The rubber joint has a rope core that will avoid complete failure should the rubber tear.
Spliced Dyneema® 3 mm vang line with a loop on one end for easy attachment. Tie or splice the open end around the boom.
Replacement Optimist halyard line with low friction ring spliced on.
